ALLOC LAMINATE FLOORING
Alloc's products offer convincing representations of real wood, stone, and tile - down to the finest details. They install simply and quickly with no glue, and maintain just as easily for years of warranted enjoyment. Time-saving, cost-reducing, design-enhancing.
To preserve the nature's bounty, Alloc's floor are produced with a laminate construction. This enables them to bring the beauty of a wood floor with less demand on the environment than lumber-produced hardwood floors. In addition, Alloc flooring can be reused and recycled. Alloc flooring's smooth surface is easy to clean and will not trap dust or allergens. No matter which of the 7 available styles you select, you can depend on it to withstand most wear and tear that may come its way. This high-performance flooring is designed to maintain its beauty. With the layer of high-pressure or direct-pressure laminate, Alloc flooring is a well-balanced, stable. floor. High-density fiberboard core adds to the floor's durability, providing excellent impact and moisture resistance. Several of the lines, Original, Commercial and Domestic produce a more natural sounding floor and saves you money and time since you don't need to buy or install a separate underlayment. The patented locking systems are constructed to form networks of support that absorbs and distributes the stresses that act on a floor. This network makes each joint able to withstand high levels of horizontal and vertical forces. Both the precision-made aluminum locking structure and fiberboard locking mechanism allow the planks to fit together easily and tightly, resulting in better looking floors.

DURO-DESIGN FLOORING: CORK, BAMBOO, OAK, EUCALYPTUS
CORK
Cork is the creative choice for floors and select wall areas in prestige residences and commercial buildings. Nothing quite has the look or feel of cork, to impart a sense of sophistication, style and natural warmth in 54 warm colors.
Every year the cork bark is peeled. It takes 9-14 years to completely grow back. Cork trees will live to well over 500 years. Moreover, no harmful chemicals are used in the processing or manufacturing of cork. Duro-Design's unique MP765 coating system water-base urethane results in an outstandingly durable surface that out-performs wood, linoleum and vinyl.
There are endless design possibilities for cork tile usage as it is easy to cut. With its natural buoyancy, treated cork is exceptionally comfortable to walk on. Because of its acoustic properties it is ideal where quietness is sought. Cork is both anti-allergenic and anti-static. Cork is perfect for spas and similar applications because it is unaffected by humidity.
Installation is relatively easy with detailed instructions provided by the manufacturer. Maintenance is required from yearly to every 5-7 years depending upon traffic volume.
EUCALYPTUS
A sophisticated hard wood which is available in 12 rich and distinctive colors or natural wood.
It contained premium Swiss and German pigments for color cibrancy and higher optical definition. Custom coloring is also available upon request.
Eucalyptus is 65% harder than white oak. It is plantation-grown in sustainable, managed, PEFC-certified European forests. It has a smooth, refined grain with the depth and shimmer of an exotic wood. Protected by 6 coats of our low-VOC, commercial-grade MP765 urethane finishing system it stands up well to high traffic. Because of the urethane finish re-coating is easy with no stripping, sanding or residual odor. Eucalyptus has a 25 year structural and 5-year renewable finish warranty.
BAMBOO
With their 25 years of floor-coating expertise, Duro-design offers the world's largest choice of standard colors (54) plus custom colors to suit any decor.
In addition to bamboo being one of the world's fastest growing plants, it is 27% harder than oak and 13% harder than maple. Duro-design uses 6 coats of their special, water-based MP765 coating which imparts a lovely natural look and an excellent optical definition. Great abrasion and chemical resistance results in long lasting durabiity as well as a very tough floor.
Carefully pre-finishing means the flooring is ready to install right out of the box. Choose new and stylist solid bamboo: 5/8" thickness x 3-5/8" width x 75" in length or extra wide engineered bamboo; 5/8" thickness x 7-3/16" width by 72" in length. Both are available in horizontal and vertical cuts and are ideal for radiant heating.
Duro-design offers a 25 year structural warranty for bamboo flooring for delamination, separation or buckling as a result of a defect of manufacturing from the date of sale. Also, it
offers a 5 year finish warranty for normal wear and tear as long as properly maintained as specified by the manufacturer.

TERAGREN FINE BAMBOO FLOORING, PANELS AND VENEER
Since 1994, the founders of Teragren have upheld a mission to help reduce the dependence on dwindling timber sources by manufacturing bamboo flooring, stair parts, panels and veneer from sustainably harvested Moso bamboo. As a pioneer in the green building industry, Teragren will continue to broaden its product offering to include not only bamboo products but other environmentally responsible building materials of the highest quality for commercial and residential applications.
The culture of China supports independent farms and sustainable harvesting methods. Teragren bamboo is harvested at maturity at 5-1/2 to 6 years, leaving behind a thriving plant and new shoots. Harvesting sooner than 5-1/2 years results in softer fiber and a less stable finished product. Unlike hardwood trees requiring more than 60 years to mature, bamboo is a grass that is renewably harvested over and over from the same root stalk.
The prefinished planks are coated with a water-based, solvent-free 5-coat aluminum oxide finish with two topcoats of scrtch-resistant polyurethane for easy care and durability. Due to the innovative cross-ply construction, Teragren may be floated, nailed, stapled or glued on or above grade depending upon the style selected.
